What is Roarin' Run?

The Roarin' Run is the Sycamore Elementary School's biggest PTA fundraiser for the year.

​

The money raised is returned to the school through:

​

• The Accelerated Reader program

• Special events (such as Pastries with Pals, Carnival Night, Grandparent's Day, Immersion Day, Sneakerball, etc.)

• Teacher and Staff appreciation weeks 

• School support (new flags, groundskeeping, piano tuning for the music department, etc.)

• Technology for classrooms (computers and Promethean boards)

• Other needs as they arise

Support Your Little Lion

Pledge your lion runner as they run laps during the Roarin' Run fun run. Our fundraising goal this year is $40,000 to go toward furnishing an outdoor classroom, updating the teacher's lounges, after school programming, and technology for instructional support .
